SharjahAlef launches the final neighbourhood 'Deem' in Hayyan.

Deem introduces a total of 313 residential units, each painstakingly constructed to fit Hayyan’s natural lifestyle.

Alef, Sharjah’s top real estate developer, has announced the debut of “Deem,” the fourth and final area of the Hayyan residential community.

Deem introduces a total of 313 residential units, each painstakingly constructed to fit Hayyan’s natural lifestyle. The neighborhood contains a combination of townhouses and villas, with 112 two-bedroom townhouses, 165 three-bedroom townhouses, 31 four-bedroom villas, and 5 six-bedroom villas. These homes are designed to meet the diverse demands of families while being contemporary and sustainable.

Issa Ataya, CEO of Alef, said Launching Deem reflects our commitment to establishing Hayyan as a landmark residential development in Sharjah. The extraordinary market response and significant demand witnessed in the earlier rounds clearly reflect strong investor trust in our vision and developments. Delivering sustainable residential communities that improve living standards is at the heart of our approach. This tradition will be carried on by Deem, which will provide residents with well-designed homes in a peaceful, natural setting.

Deem is ideally situated for easy access to essential healthcare, educational, and recreational amenities. It is only 15 minutes from Sharjah International Airport and has excellent connections to important locations like Sharjah Healthcare City, University City of Sharjah, 06 Mall, and Al Zahia City Centre.

Deem residents will have access to first-rate facilities, such as jogging and cycling routes, children’s play spaces, lush green parks, and a variety of shopping alternatives, all of which are incorporated into an environmentally friendly urban infrastructure.

Alef’s famous Dh3.5 billion project, Hayyan, is 8.7 million square feet in size and has 1,882 villa units spread across four distinct zones. With over 20,000 trees, organic vegetable gardens, and Sharjah’s largest swimming lagoon, this area is well-known for its vast green spaces and supports the city’s goal of sustainable urban life.
