Three beachside buildings with a dual lobby and seamless connections between levels make up La Mer by Elie Saab. There will be 355 homes in the complex, with sizes varying from 874 to 14,484 square feet.

La Mer by Elie Saab, a landmark development on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, has been unveiled in collaboration with the well-known fashion and lifestyle brand Elie Saab and Octa Properties, a leading development management company in Dubai.

ARTE Developments, a well-known luxury real estate developer in the United Arab Emirates, is working on the project.

Ten distinct home categories, including one-bedroom flats, chalets, and villas, as well as nine exclusive penthouses with sizes ranging from 10,453 to 14,484 square feet, will be used to group these apartments. Signature pieces from the Elie Saab Maison furniture collection enhance the exceptional living experience offered by the Residences, which were designed in Elie Saab’s distinctive style.

Residents’ quality of life will be improved by an amazing assortment of amenities. Families can enjoy a 2,553-square-foot indoor pool and dedicated kids’ club on the ground floor, as well as an outdoor kids’ play area and a kids’ pool.

With 1,058 square feet of spa space for men and 1,107 square feet for women, as well as a well-equipped 3,124 square foot gym and a large pool that is more than 4,837 square feet, the facility prioritises wellness and pampering, according to the statement.

Level 1’s Serenity Park, with its vast 10,266 square feet of manicured area, promotes relaxation, while the Signature Lounge, at 1,271 square feet, provides a touch of refinement. The 8,884-square-foot Link Garden, located on Levels 2 and 3, seamlessly connects indoor and outdoor areas.

The Sky Gym, Sky Co-working Space, Sky Lounge, and an amazing 7,522 square foot Sky Pool & Deck are all available to tenants on level 18. According to the developer, these well-thought-out amenities create an integrated community experience by meeting both recreational and lifestyle needs.

Elie Saab started building La Mer in Q3 2024, and the project is scheduled to be completed in Q1 2028, according to the statement.
