The Director-General of Ajman’s Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, reported that the city’s real estate transactions increased by 21.8% on an annual basis.
According to Al Muhairi, who cited the department’s quarterly report, Al Rumailah 3 had the highest sales value, coming in at $27.2 million (AED 100 million).
Furthermore, according to the department’s data, 191 mortgage transactions totaling more than $126.2 million (AED463.6 million) were completed in September.
According to a survey earlier this year, Ajman’s real estate transactions increased by 33% in the first half of 2024 when compared to the same period in 2023.
According to a study released by Ajman’s Land and Real Estate Regulatory Department, there were about 7,071 transactions totaling $2.5 billion (AED9 billion).
The eastern sector witnessed the most transactions, followed by the southern and northern sectors. The largest transaction values were observed in Al Yasmeen, Al Zahia, and Al Helio 2.
While foreign investors made 5,139 transactions totaling $1.6 billion (AED6.048 billion), citizens made 2,039 deals totaling $811 million (AED2.98 billion).
