Dubai, United Arab Emirates: Real estate magnate and reality TV personality, Ryan Serhant, is going to the stage in Dubai to help train brokers on how to prosper in the emirate’s ever-evolving property market.
At The Game Changers – Dubai Real Estate Summit, which will be held at the Coca Cola Arena on October 24, Serhant, whose reality show “Owning Manhattan” debuted on Netflix in June, will divulge the strategies behind his multibillion-dollar sales success.
Alongside him will be Firas Al Msaddi, CEO of fäm Properties, the largest real estate brokerage in Dubai, who oversees a property investment portfolio valued at over AED15 billion ($4.08 billion).
Attending the event will provide aspirational professionals in the sector with a unique chance to learn firsthand from two of the best in the business about what it takes to succeed in the very competitive Dubai real estate market.
Real estate in Dubai is experiencing a boom at the moment; in August, sales reached AED 47.3B ($12.88B), up from AED4.7B ($1.28) in the same month in 2020. More than AED 16 billion ($4.36 billion) is expected to be invested in Dubai real estate this year by HNWIs from around the globe.
Dubai has created a vibrant real estate landscape, which has logically drawn an increasing amount of international investor interest in recent times, stated Serhant, who has finalised over $10 billion in sales and worked as a client representative in transactions that broke records all around the United States.
I’m thrilled to work with an innovative real estate leader like Firas, who has extensive knowledge of the Dubai market, and to help ambitious real estate agents who wish to advance their careers by sharing the experience we’ve gained in growing our businesses.
In order to help agents stay ahead of the curve, the seven-hour Summit event will provide a thorough, agent-specific vision on the future of Dubai’s real estate industry.
It will cover cutting-edge marketing techniques, offer advice on how to sell the biggest off-plan megaprojects, and provide a step-by-step guide on how to enter and succeed in Dubai’s ultra-luxury market.
In the middle of the global economic crisis, Al Msaddi founded fäm Properties in 2009. According to Msaddi, we want brokers to leave this event feeling motivated and equipped with real-world knowledge about what to do and how to get the results they want.
In 2008, Serhant started a real estate career in New York, but he only made $9,000 in his first year. By 2012, he was regarded as one of the top agents in the city.
He starred in the first of nine seasons of Bravo’s reality series “Million Dollar Listing New York” that same year. Additionally, he made cameos in the spin-off programs “Sell It Like Serhant” and “Ryan’s Renovation.”
At the height of the COVID-19 pandemic in September 2020, he opened his own brokerage in New York. Since then, SERHANT has grown to include eight states, employing over 700 individuals in 19 states, and its CEO has emerged as one of the most prosperous and well-known real estate brokers globally.
