Dubai real estate investors will be able to access services remotely through video conversations or WhatsApp messages, doing away with the necessity for time-consuming office trips.
Eng. Marwan Ahmed bin Ghalita, Director General of the Dubai Land Department (DLD), launched the “6005AQARI” platform in collaboration with the “Injaz” Real Estate Registration Trustee, in a calculated step that reflects DLD’s dedication to strengthening alliances and collaboration with the private sector.
The Dubai Land Department’s Director of the Real Estate Services Pioneering Department, Khalifa Alsalfa, states that the department’s high goals, which include securing Dubai’s leadership in the world real estate market, can only be achieved through cooperation and partnerships with the private sector.
This project emphasises how crucial such cooperation is to our astute leadership’s goal of integrating and coordinating efforts between public and private sectors.
We want to offer proactive and seamless real estate services that are in line with the most recent laws, integrated data, and Dubai’s top-notch digital infrastructure through our partnership with “Injaz.”
Providing services over WhatsApp and video calls makes things more convenient for customers and minimises the need for in-person office visits.
The “6005AQARI” platform’s solutions and tools let professionals in the business concentrate on their primary responsibilities, let landlords and property owners efficiently manage their properties, and give tenants a seamless experience in handling lease agreements and associated services.
The goal of this partnership is to expedite transactions for all stakeholders and promptly and efficiently offer clients the required support.
This strengthens the emirate’s standing as a top location for real estate investments by helping to provide property services with the greatest levels of effectiveness, ease, and dependability.
