The first official Rental Index for the emirate has been released by the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre.
The platform, which offers services to both landlords and tenants, is intended to promote stability in the capital’s expanding real estate market, raise market transparency, and offer indicative rental pricing.
The platform offers dependable and user-friendly data regarding residential, commercial, and industrial properties. Additionally, the platform provides approximate quarterly rental prices for houses located throughout Abu Dhabi.
According to Rashed Al Omaira, Acting Director General of ADREC, the Rental Index would increase Abu Dhabi’s potential to attract foreign investors and grow the rental sector in the emirate. Our objective is to develop a strong real estate sector and position the emirate as a premier domestic and global real estate investment destination.
Our goal is to guarantee openness in our operations, and we’ll keep collaborating with all parties involved to establish and preserve systemic trust.
The Abu Dhabi Rental Index is a continuation of ADREC’s ongoing efforts to raise consumer satisfaction in the real estate market and benefit all stakeholders tenants, investors, and property owners.
