Digital twin technology has been adopted by the Abu Dhabi Housing Authority to highlight its housing projects.

The primary goal of this project is to visualise housing possibilities in 3D in real time. Furthermore, by means of an alliance with NNTC, a preeminent provider of digital twin technologies in the United Arab Emirates, the Authority provides an integrated virtual environment in which people can interactively explore and reserve their ideal housing possibilities.

With the use of cutting-edge technologies like Unreal Engine 5 and NVIDIA’s DLSS technology, the system makes it possible to fully visualise the interior and exterior designs of over 3,000 homes. Users can virtually visit residential complexes to observe the different facilities, services, and infrastructure that are offered. The technology streamlines the real-time viewing of available apartments and booking procedure by providing housing specifics through interaction with Geographic Information Systems (GIS). Furthermore, the system’s integration of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) streamlines the actual booking procedure.

The ISKAN Abu Dhabi app, which bundles all of the authority’s services into one smart app, and the digital kiosks at the ISKAN Abu Dhabi Center are the two ways to access the solution.

Dmitry Doshaniy, General Director of the system, claims that it provides an innovative solution that will fundamentally change the housing industry by establishing new benchmarks and offering an interactive interface that makes it easier to choose suitable housing. The Abu Dhabi Housing Authority continues to strive toward integrating state of the art technologies that will enhance client interactions and assist the emirate in accomplishing its digital goals. Recently combined and launched is the ISKAN Abu Dhabi smart app, which serves as an interactive digital platform for all of ADHA’s services.
