90% of the pulse beachfront is finished by Dubai South Properties, and future projects are planned.

90% of The Pulse Beachfront, a luxury master-planned community in Dubai South’s Residential District, is now under construction, according to Dubai South Properties. Phase 1, which consists of 251 units, should be completed by the end of the year.

Dubai South is preparing upcoming developments that contain apartment units that meet client expectations in response to the growing demand for real estate in the area, particularly apartments.

The project was a great success when it first started, selling all 788 of the villas and townhouses. With every project launched at Dubai South, this milestone is turning into the standard, demonstrating the enormous demand for apartments in the neighbourhood. 

With 2,600 to 4,800 square feet of living space, the 788 residential units at The Pulse Beachfront are a combination of three-, four-, and five-bedroom villas and townhouses. Every villa has a master bedroom, a maid’s room, a private garden, covered parking, fully functional closed kitchens, roomy living areas, study areas, and rooftops. The project also features a half-Olympic-sized swimming pool, an artificial seashore, and a sizable water lagoon.

Well-considered amenities promise homeowners an enhanced living at the project. Modern fitness centres, gyms, squash courts, climbing walls, private lounges, yoga gardens, aerobic studios, a kid’s club, and water parks are a few of these. 

A children’s pool, skate parks, jogging trails, multiple food and beverage establishments adjacent to a large supermarket, lots of greenery, and designated open spaces for a tennis court, beach tennis, and padel tennis are among the other attractions.

The CEO of Dubai South Properties, Nabil Al Kindi, made the following statement: “We are happy to see the progress of construction as per our set timelines.” Because of Dubai South’s advantageous location, high-quality apartments, first-rate facilities, and affordable prices, investors have shown a lot of interest in the area and its residential projects in recent years. 

To meet the increased demand for flats in Dubai South, we are also preparing for next constructions. We are convinced that The Pulse Beachfront will be a fantastic addition to Dubai’s distinctive master-planned communities because it is a unique project in and of itself, particularly for its wellness components and the magnificent amenities it contains.

Dubai South has been adding amenities to the Residential District for the convenience and comfort of its occupants. 

These consist of a 50,000 square foot hypermarket, a mosque, retail stores, public parks, sports courts, gas stations, and a public bus line that links the neighbourhood to the Expo Metro station. 

In addition, subject to KHDA approval, a GEMS Founders School at Dubai South is slated to formally open its doors this month. Right now, 

Over 25,000 people live in the Residential District, where they make use of a variety of services, a unique way of life, and a number of gated apartment and townhouse communities.
