On UAE’s Al Siniya Island, Sobha Realty Opens Private Waterfront Neighborhood
Umm Al Quwain Properties and real estate developer Sobha Realty have partnered to start a luxury real estate project on Al Siniya Island, which is situated in Umm Al Quwain off the northwest coast of the United Arab Emirates.
The project, known as Sobha Siniya Island, comprises of a private waterfront neighborhood with dedicated areas for both motorized and non-powered water vehicles, as well as tranquil communal living amidst nature.
A family golf course, floating pavilion, event halls, helix bridge, light and water display, white sand beaches, mangrove and tide path, fiesta square, community center, eco park, and a kid’s play area are among the amenities offered by the island project.
According to His Highness Sheikh Rashid bin Saud bin Rashid Al Mualla, the Crown Prince of Umm Al Quwain, the government of the emirate is dedicated to sustainable growth and development in keeping with the preservation of the natural biodiversity and archaeological monuments of the emirate.
Al Siniya Island will showcase the island’s unique biodiversity and historical significance in addition to offering people a pleasant and peaceful lifestyle. The crown prince expressed his excitement for the completion of this historic initiative, which is expected to improve our community’s prosperity.
