Arista Properties, based in Dubai, has begun work on the $136 million Wadi Villas complex

Arista Properties of Dubai has begun work on the AED 500 million ($136 million) Wadi Villas project.

The project is a group of thirty opulent residences located in Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum City.

The Dubai real estate project has AASA Group as its assigned contractor, and it is scheduled for completion in Q4 2026. 

The Meydan master development includes Wadi Villas, which are a collection of luxurious four- and five-bedroom villas and six-bedroom mansions that offer the pinnacle of opulent living in a resort-like environment with top-notch facilities and eco-friendly features.
