This opulent residence is scheduled to open on Ramhan Island, an exclusive coastal community in Abu Dhabi, offering a serene haven with expansive views of the glistening blue Arabian Gulf.

The Ritz-Carlton Reserve, which is scheduled to open in 2029, will be located on a secluded isle within Ramhan Island and feature 50 opulent villas with one to four bedrooms, including the first floating villas in the area with direct waterfront views. The complex will also have many dining establishments and a range of opulent leisure amenities.
