In Dubailand, Samana Developers unveils “Ivy Gardens 2,” a Dh 855 million climate-resilient project. 

Leading Dubai real estate developer Samana Developers has announced the opening of the Dh855 million Samana Ivy Gardens 2 project in the Dubailand neighborhood’s DubaiLand Residence Complex. The design of this project, which is the second of its sort in the region, takes climate change adaptations into consideration. It is projected that delivery and completion will take place in November 2027.   

Climate Resilient

The 35-story Samana Ivy Gardens 2 residential project is heat resistant, has private pools in each apartment, filters the air, uses less energy, decarbonizes the building environment, and recycles wastewater for irrigation, all of which contribute to the building’s resilience to climate change and environmental sustainability.

The 843-unit project, which occupies an area of roughly 1.5 million square feet, complies with all of the Dubai Municipality’s green construction regulations. These regulations are designed to lessen the effects of buildings over their lifetime on the environment and human health. November 2027 is the projected completion and delivery date of the project.
