In May 2024, the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman finished 169 real estate valuation procedures, totaling more than AED729.5 million.

Director of Real Estate Registration Ahmed Khalfan Al Shamsi stated that commercial, residential, industrial, and agricultural units were included in the value. With a total value of AED437.2 million, up 197% from April 2024, commercial property held the highest share, exceeding industrial properties with a total value of AED148.45 million.

Al Shamsi highlighted that the May report included prices for investors pursuing long-term golden residency visas, as well as valuations for institutions and courts. The value of these procedures exceeded AED 334 million, a 33% rise from the previous month.
