Its prime location puts it close to Saadiyat Grove and Mamsha Al Saadiyat on foot. The penthouse at Nobu Residences Abu Dhabi sold for a record AED 130 million, after the sale of a four-bedroom duplex sky villa at the same complex. This sale indicates a strong appetite for luxury living.
Aldar claims that this price range represents a milestone, signifying the capital of the United Arab Emirates’ ever-increasing appeal as a sophisticated investment destination and desirable location to live.
We expect this trend to continue as we introduce some of the most lavish lifestyle concepts in the United Arab Emirates on Saadiyat Island and in other strategic areas of Abu Dhabi, he added.
According to ADREC Acting Director General Rashed Al Omaira, demand for all forms of real estate in Abu Dhabi is consistently rising, giving the real estate market considerable momentum. This new high demonstrates the strength and maturity of our real estate sector and supports Abu Dhabi’s steady rise as a top destination for investment, employment, and living.
As we continue to broaden our horizons, our goal is to create exceptional residential projects that embody the distinct and varied cultural atmosphere of the emirate of Abu Dhabi, all the while showcasing it as a top global real estate destination for both investment and living.
