A Memorandum of Cooperation (MoC) on media was signed by the Fujairah Government Media Office and the Emirates News Agency (WAM) in order to plan and organize the Fujairah Media Forum, which will take place in February 2024 under the theme “Parallel Media.”
Signed alongside the second edition of the Global Media Congress, the agreement intends to further media cooperation between WAM and the Fujairah Government Media Office in order to accomplish the media objectives stated therein. It also serves as a basis for future collaboration on a range of media-related matters.
The Emirates News Agency’s Director-General, Mohammed Jalal Al Rayssi, reaffirmed the organization’s desire to work with all local media talent and assist them in their upcoming endeavors. He pointed out that Fujairah has made significant progress in presenting outstanding media proposals in recent years and that the upcoming Fujairah Media Forum will draw in decision-makers and heads of foreign media companies.
According to Jamal Adam, Director of the Fujairah Government Media Office, the agency’s experience in launching the Global Media Congress and logistical support will be utilized by the agency to support the upcoming Fujairah Media Forum, which is expected to be a major media partner.
According to the agreement, the Emirates News Agency will supply the media coverage required for the Media Forum events scheduled for Fujairah in February 2024. This will be accomplished by disseminating the forum’s media materials via its website and social media accounts, as well as assigning a team of editors and photographers to cover the events.
As per the terms of the agreement, WAM will serve as the primary media partner for the Fujairah Government Media Office.
