His stellar career includes important positions like General Manager of the Pullman Dubai City Center Hotel and Residences, where his outstanding leadership brought home multiple awards, including the esteemed World Travel Awards, and Director of Operations for the inauguration of the Sofitel Casablanca.
Elias was crucial to the success of the Sofitel Jumeirah Beach Residences in Dubai in his most recent position as general manager, where he oversaw operations and greatly enhanced the hotel’s well-regarded image. Operational excellence and visitor satisfaction have continuously risen as a consequence of his strategic vision and practical experience.
Elias has a track record of success overseeing a variety of hotel operations, including outlets, food and beverage, and guest services. He is well known for his capacity to improve visitor experiences and put in place efficient cost-control strategies, guaranteeing that visitor happiness and financial performance are at their best.
