As part of its ongoing commitment to Ras Al Khaimah, Aldar Properties of Abu Dhabi partnered with Nikki Beach Global to build three branded residential complexes on Al Marjan Island.
The “Nikki Beach Residences” will be constructed between the upscale Rixos Bab Al Bahr and DoubleTree by Hilton Resort & Spa Marjan Island, both of which Aldar acquired in 2022.
In Ras Al Khaimah, Aldar has been on a buying/investing frenzy, including buying land to expand on already finished developments there.

We look forward to unveiling more information about the masterplan soon.”
