The Sharjah Real Estate Exhibition (ACRES 2024) will be held at Expo Centre Sharjah from January 17–20, 2024, according to a joint announcement from the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) and Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department (SRERD).
The event’s organizers also stated that they wanted to exhibit the most recent innovations and trends, present a distinctive and innovative version in every aspect, and enlighten investors and those with an interest in real estate about the investment opportunities in Sharjah and the UAE. Furthermore, they expressed their desire to continue attracting the most significant companies in the building, real estate development, and investment sectors and to include a variety of events presented by a select group of experts and specialists to review the real estate market’s characteristics and highlight the opportunities this industry has to offer.
This will strengthen the exhibition’s position as the best venue for highlighting the expansion and development of the real estate industry nationwide and in Sharjah specifically, as well as for boosting activity in the area.
Every year, the exhibition strives to keep up with the most recent advancements and innovations that the real estate industry is experiencing on a global scale. It also makes sure that a variety of companies participate, ensuring that the visitor can find everything he needs and fostering greater competition among these businesses.
According to Abdallah Sultan Al-Owais, Chairman of the Expo Centre Sharjah and the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI), ACRES is regarded as one of the most important exhibitions on the Expo Centre Sharjah’s calendar each year. In order to help the emirate’s real estate sector, which has seen tremendous activity in the first half of 2023 and recorded a volume of real estate transactions totaling AED 13.4 billion, he continued, SCCI is eager to continue hosting this event.
The exhibition has become a well-known landmark over the years, showcasing the options and capabilities offered in the nation’s real estate market. It has also established itself as a significant portal with the potential to close direct sales agreements, reaching a sizable number of serious clients searching for workable real estate deals in one of the most active industries in the UAE.
As part of the department’s work strategy to effectively promote investment in the United Arab Emirates in general and Sharjah in particular, we participated in the organization of this significant event in collaboration with the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry, represented by the representative committee of the real estate sector working group in the chamber, Al-Shamsi said.
The Chamber is willing to support Sharjah’s economy and encourage its sustainable growth, according to Mohammed Ahmed Amin Al-Awadi, Director General of SCCI, and organizing ACRES fits within that scope. In order to inform attendees on the most recent laws, rules, and regulations that guide real estate project owners or those looking to buy a real estate property, a number of activities, programs, seminars, and workshops will be prepared for the 2024 edition. As a result, it helps to raise awareness of the investment potential in the real estate sector among a larger segment of the regional and global business communities.
Saeed Ghanem Al-Suwaidi, head of the organizing committee for ACRES and the representative committee for the real estate sector business group at SCCI, stated that the Committee is eager to represent the largest segment of workers in the real estate industry and to diligently work to enhance the gains of the real estate sector in Sharjah as well as to boost the economy in a way that aids in the emirate’s growth ambitions. Al-Suwaidi also stressed the importance of the show, which is expanding astronomically in all dimensions, such as the number of enterprises taking part, the number of places available, and the organization.
