Launch of the most recent luxury real estate phase by Dubai South Properties
The first two phases of Dubai South Properties’ South Bay project’s construction have begun, the company stated.
The famous South Bay Project’s construction will be overseen by Ginco General Contracting.
The third phase, which is scheduled for completion in Q3 2026, will also be launched by the company, and due to the overwhelmingly high level of interest from buyers, the company is attempting to speed up the launches of subsequent phases.
In addition to more than 800 villas and townhouses, more than 200 opulent waterfront mansions, a 1 km lagoon, more than 3 km of a waterfront promenade with cafes, beaches, a clubhouse, cutting-edge fitness centers, parks, a shopping mall, a renowned spa, kids’ clubs, waterparks, swimming pools, a lake park, and private beaches.
The CEO of Dubai South Properties, Nabil Al Kindi, stated: “We are thrilled with the start of construction for this special project.Since its release, buyers’ interest has soared, and the first three phases of the development have all been fully sold out.

There will also be a mosque, a gas station, a public bus route connecting the neighborhood to the Expo Metro station, public parks, sports courts, retail stores, a 50,000 sq ft hypermarket opening in March 2023, and a British-curriculum school, on which construction has already begun and registration will begin by the end of the year.
