For the construction of all 294 luxury residences in Jouri Hills at Jumeirah Golf Estates, the master developer’s first project in Dubai, Arada has granted two contracts totaling AED 700 million ($190.58 million).
One of the most exclusive and sought-after communities in the UAE, Jouri Hills is the most recent phase of the 40 million square foot Jumeirah Golf Estates master plan and is currently sold out.
The major construction contract for all apartments at Jouri Hills, valued at AED645 million, was awarded by Intermass, a UAE-based builder who has a lot of experience working with Arada on its two Sharjah megaprojects, Aljada and Masaar. According to Arada, work will start right now and take 21 months to finish.
Proscape, a Dubai-based landscaping company that has previously collaborated with Arada on the completion of the Madar family entertainment area at Aljada megaproject, was given the landscape and infrastructure contract at Jouri Hills. The infrastructural work will be finished in 18 months thanks to the AED54 million contract.

The dwellings at Jouri Hills range in size from elegant six-bedroom mansions with more than 14,000 square feet of space to three-bedroom townhouses. All residences will have modern architecture with floor-to-ceiling windows, double-height areas, and specifically designed modern architecture to maximize natural light.
Along with a range of sporting amenities like cycling and running tracks, swimming pools, and a fitness facility run by Wellfit, the rapidly expanding gym brand owned by Arada, Jouri Hills will also have a community center and park with a number of retail and F&B establishments.
As part of the larger Jumeirah Golf Estates master community, which includes more than 1,800 opulent homes, two highly regarded championship golf courses, Earth and Fire, as well as the European Tour Professional Institute (ETPI) golf academy, residents of Jouri Hills will also have access to a dizzying array of amenities.
