A mixed-use desert oasis community project worth Dh30 billion was introduced on Wednesday by the Dubai-based real estate developer Azizi Developments. 30,000 residential units will be located at Azizi Venice in Dubai South.
The private developer revealed that the Venice-inspired waterfront neighborhood will include more than 400 opulent villas and mansions in addition to 100 mid-rise apartment buildings.
It will take place fully within one of the biggest lagoons of crystalline blue water on earth.
It will include a 15 million square foot area of land and include Dubai’s second opera as well as a temperature-controlled pedestrian-friendly boulevard. The boulevard will be covered in glass in the summer and open air in the winter to provide a comfortable environment for year-round recreation.
To provide tens of thousands of daily tourists with convenient access to Azizi Boulevard and Azizi Opera, underground parking spaces will be built.
According to Mirwais Azizi, the community will house about 80,000 people and draw 30,000 tourists each day, the founder and chairman of Azizi Developments.
I adore Dubai, and it is a great honor for us to help His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates and Ruler of Dubai, realize his vision of enhancing the lives of the millions of people from all over the world who now call Dubai their home.
In order to take advantage of the unprecedented demand from locals and foreign investors, Dubai’s property developers are rapidly building projects. Phase 2 of the villas on Palm Jebel Ali by Nakheel Properties and Nima, The Valley by Emaar Properties both debuted on Wednesday. The $20 billion The Oasis by Emaar was just introduced by the company that built the Burj Khalifa. Additionally, to capitalize on demand, private developers like Danube Properties and Damac have introduced numerous residential projects this year.
All of the condominium structures, villas, and mansions in the Azizi Venice community will be surrounded by beaches in addition to a sizable amount of recreational, retail, and commercial space. The 8 km long cycling and jogging track, yoga and sports facilities, and a promenade with a choice of artisan cafes and retailers will all surround the turquoise, desalinated, and filtered waters.
Along with one boutique hotel situated on an island in the midst of the lagoon, it will also have two five-star hotels that are owned and managed by Azizi near the community’s gates.
