UAE – RAK Properties, the top publicly traded real estate developer in Ras Al Khaimah, has announced a significant identity redesign as part of a larger strategic transformation plan.
At a ceremony held at the Intercontinental Ras Al Khaimah Resort and Spa, the branding was unveiled in the presence of His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, The UAE Supreme Council member and the ruler of Ras Al Khaimah.
As the developer continues to collaborate with the RAK Government to promote the emirate’s transformation into a regional commercial and tourism hub, the new identity intends to symbolize the developer’s growing path.
According to a release, the makeover, which includes a new visual identity, updated narrative, and tonality, corresponds with the “Spirit of RAK” and aims to bring in higher levels of investment to the emirate.
“In Ras Al Khaimah, we seek to strengthen our position as a leading regional and international destination for investment in tourism and real estate,” stated HH Sheikh Saud. These industries contribute to economic growth, one of the cornerstones of our strategy for sustainable development, which is assuring a bright future for future generations. The reveal comes with a number of significant announcements for the company, including a new collaboration with Nikki Beach Global, an operator of branded villas, beach clubs, and award-winning luxury resorts. To create Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Ras Al Khaimah, a new branded resort at Mina Al Arab in Ras Al Khaimah, Nikki Beach will collaborate with RAK Properties.
Ellington, a prominent design-driven boutique developer in Dubai, was the subject of another announcement of cooperation. On Hayat Island in Mina Al Arab, Porto Playa by Ellington RAK Properties will be a deluxe beachfront residential development. The project is an entry point for Ellington Properties into RAK and will revolutionize waterfront living there.
The opening of Cape Hayat, a 668-unit residential complex on Hayat Island, was also announced by RAP Properties. Cape Hayat will include four tastefully built residential buildings with a variety of studio, one, and two-bedroom apartments as well as opulent penthouses with expansive ocean views.
