Al Muhairi said that the largest transaction value was recorded in the Al Helio 2 region.
Real estate transactions in August saw a significant increase of 61.5 percent when compared to the same period in 2022, totaling more than AED1.5 billion while trading volume reached AED 665 million, according to Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director-General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman.
Al Muhairi noted that the Al Helio 2 area saw the highest transaction value at AED40 million, stating that the strong performance of the real estate market and the exceptional figures recorded highlight the appeal of real estate investments in Ajman, particularly in light of the rising demand for properties of all categories and price ranges from investors seeking all-encompassing investment opportunities as well as a contemporary and comfortable lifestyle.
According to the agency, 199 mortgage transactions totaling AED 741 million were reported in the previous month, with Al Amerah having the highest mortgage value at AED 98.5 million.
Al Muhairi said that Al Yasmeen was at the top of the list of August’s most popular neighborhoods, followed by Al Zahya and Al Helio 2. The Ajman One and City Towers projects were surpassed by the Emirates City project as the most traded significant project, he continued.
