HH Dr. Sheikh Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, has opened the first phase of the AED 122 million ($33.32 million) Al Saf residential complex in the city of Kalba.
The project comprises of 151 residences spread across 417,000 square meters, together with a number of amenities and services. Each house has 5 rooms totaling 322 square meters. According to a WAM report, the complex’s second phase should be delivered by the end of next February after taking 18 months to construct the first phase.

He oversaw the creation of a range of services in Al Ghail, including roads and sewage systems.
HH Dr. Sheikh Sultan emphasized the necessity to keep improving the areas in Kalba one after the other in accordance with their unique needs, whether by rebuilding structures or constructing infrastructure.
Additionally, he saw a video that described the Al Saf residential complex project’s stages, key amenities, and effects on the stability of Emirati families.
The complex features apartments in three different architectural styles: Islamic, regional, and modern.
In addition to the completion of road work and the provision of electricity, gas, and sewage facilities, the project also includes a public park for the use of the complex’s residents and a number of additional amenities.
The housing key box that will be given to eligible individuals as a manner to welcome and congratulate the owners on their new dwellings was demonstrated to the Ruler during the inauguration.
He planted an almond tree at Al Saf Park, a green space in the center of the complex that will serve as a gathering place for all of the families living there, including adults and kids.
Those present included Sheikh Saeed bin Saqr bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Vice Chairman of the Sharjah Ruler’s Office in Khorfakkan, Sheikh Haitham bin Saqr bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Vice Chairman of the Sharjah Ruler’s Office in Kalba, Khalifa Musabeh Al Teneiji, Chairman of the Sharjah Housing Program, Ali bin Shaheen Al Suwaidi, Chairman of the Sharjah Department.
